I had a great experience during my 4-night stay. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms had hot water 24/7! Mr Jack helped us plan an lovely trip. The food was tasty, and the team was super attentive.

The hotel is situated in a rundown and dirty area, making it feel unsafe to walk around. On top of that, my room was damp and the linens were far from clean, which was disappointing for a place rated above average. Finally, the lack of consistent hot water made showers a frustrating experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, with its clean rooms and very attentive staff making my experience comfortable, and being located just a few steps from the metro station was a huge plus for exploring sites like India Gate and Sri Bangla Sahib Gurdwara, which are easily walkable from the hotel.

Efficient assistance despite a late check-in! The in-room breakfast was delightful, and the staff was incredibly friendly. A peaceful stay in a bustling city, safety is a priority here.
